* Monday : Rest Day * Tuesday : Cycling (Training at the Kyalami Race Track) * Wednesday : Cycling (Training at the Kyalami Race Track) (uhhhm, rest day) * Thursday : 60 min Spinning Class Rest day (Heritage Day) * Friday : Yoga Rest Day * Saturday : SASKO Harties Challenge 33 km (20.50 miles)Unfortunately I got a puncture and was not well prepared - I had to abandon my race after 20 kms * Sunday : Squash Bestmed Campus 2 Campus 50km (31 miles) (02:50:05) finish
