This weeks exercise plan : 12 April to 18 April 2010

I'm back to doing these.  I find that if I don't write it down here, I don't hold myself accountable for some reason.  So here goes :

Monday :  Spinning
Tuesday :  Yoga + PT (Personal Training)
Wednesday :  Weigh-in + Spinning
Thursday :  PT
Friday :  Yoga
Saturday :  Rest Day
Sunday :  Wilro Cycle Challenge (40km)
