Today I found out that my best GF's mom was murdered this past Sunday during the night sometime. It was a gruesome murder. She was sitting reading a book when she was choked with a telephone cord and had her head repeatedly slammed against the wall.
I'm numb, shocked and sad!! My thoughts are with her and her family.

How horrible! It's got to be tough on your friend. It's bad enough to lose someone, but to such violence is all the worse. My prayers and thoughts to your friend and her family.
OMG! That is so horrible. What is wrong with this world that people like that are allowed out on the streets. I hope they catch the b*st*rd and lock him up for life.

aww Michelle, that is just aweful. Things like that make me think of moving to safer pastures, you know?
It's hard to imagine that someone could do something like this... I am so sorry to hear about your friend's loss.
