* Tuesday : Easy session @ Kyalami Race Track - Cycling
* Wednesday : Training session @ Kyalami Race Track - Cycling
* Thursday : Easy session @ Kyalami Race Track - Cycling
* Friday : Yoga / rest
* Saturday : REST Day!
* Sunday : Race for Victory - 54 km (33.55 miles)
I have not been focusing on strength training at all. From next week I'll pick up on the strength training.
